Yesterday I put my book up for pre-order on Amazon. Here’s the link. And here’s the screenshot, like I’m the Way Way Back Machine.

You’ll notice my book has no cover page yet. I have also not uploaded the text yet, so there is no preview available. It’s only an e-book. Not yet a paperback or an audiobook. I had to do this so early because, to use Amazon’s Audiobook Marketplace ACX, you have to have a book up for Amazon on pre-order.

ACX is a place for authors & podcast producers to meet up and work with one another. It’s pretty interesting. They have some favorable payment structures where, instead of paying someone to record your audiobook straight up, you can just do revenue sharing. Or, you can do a mix of upfront payment and revenue sharing.
